School Violence Reporting for Nonpublic Schools

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in student supports, further providing for definitions and for student supports; and, in school safety and security, further providing for definitions, for duties of committee, for standardized protocols and for reporting and memorandum of understanding.

Protecting LGBTQ Individuals from Discrimination in the Credit Service Industry

An Act amending the act of December 16, 1992 (P.L.1144, No.150), known as the Credit Services Act, further providing for prohibited activities.

Expanding Midwifery Access and Authority for Healthier Communities

An Act amending the act of October 10, 1975 (P.L.383, No.110), known as the Physical Therapy Practice Act, further providing for definitions and for practice of physical therapy.

Protecting Residents of Manufactured Home Communities

An Act amending the act of November 24, 1976 (P.L.1176, No.261), known as the Manufactured Home Community Rights Act, providing for resident associations and group meetings; further providing for disclosure of fees; providing for reasonable increases in rent and fees and for justified rent increase to support extraordinary increases in operating expenses; and further providing for damages.

An Act amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing the Pennsylvania Drug Shortage Reporting System; and imposing duties on the Department of Health.

An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in rules of evidence, providing for prohibition of deception during custodial interrogation of individual with intellectual disability or autism.

Protecting Students from Cold School Temperatures

Pelvic Floor Health Insurance and Education
